Oana is a Reformer Pilates and Matwork instructor, accredited by the FItness Education School Academy, where she obtained the diploma for aerobics instructor, step aerobics, toning and stretching. Her desire for improvement in the Pilates domain led her steps towards the Pilates Move on Academy, where she took the ADVANCED CORE PILATES course. She graduated from the Faculty of Physical Education and Sport, specialty "Kinesiology and Motility," and then the masters program "Kinesiology in Neuro-Musculoskeletal Afections." She proves his love for people and health for more than 4 years through Pilates method, kinesiology and massage.She puts a lot of heart into everything she does, pays attention to details and the Pilates method helps her to unite the most important characteristics that define her : love for people, health and sport!

Sorin is a graduate of the National Physical Education and Sports Academy and he has studied Balance Body classes. Always looking to expand his expertise, Sorin began studying Pilates in 2010, when the first Reformer Pilates studio opened in Bucharest, and is now one of the most experienced Reformer Pilates Instructor in Romania. Using this experience and being convinced of the much needed benefits that Pilates provides, Sorin recently became part of the our team as a certified instructor.
Sorin is a graduate of the National Physical Education and Sports Academy and he has studied Balance Body classes. Dan is the fondator of PilatesFIT Studio. He is a graduate of National Physical Education and Sports Academy in Bucharest and he followed the Master Program of Marketing and Management of Sports. He is a Pilates Instructor for 6 years and he followed the Balanced Body classes. Dan is pasionated by human nature and he supports her harmonious integration and the accomplishment of the human being.

Elena has always been fascinated by the ability of the human body to develop, to transform and to recover, that is the reason why she followed the "Carol Davila" Medicine University from Bucharest, beeing a specialist in "Balneofiziokinetoteraphy and Medical Recover". Here she has been started her journey into Pilates world, method in which she felt in love immediately. To perfect her technique, she followed classes at "Move on Pilates Academy" and she obteined her certificat as a Pilates Matwork and Reformer Instructor(Complete Matwork Education Basic and Advanced Level, Pilates Reformer Instructor). She bealieves that the exercices of Pilates method are the key for recover the body after small injuries, for no back pains, to be more flexible, to tone the body and having a strong one. During the classes, she focuses on the quality of the exercices and performing those right, because the most important thing is reaching our goals and getting the best results in the shortest time posible. The posibility of helping the others to use their body, to develop and to feel great with it is the best gift she is enjoying every day.

  • For all sessions is required programming with at least 4 hours before.
  • A session can be canceled with minimum 4 hours before, otherwise the session is considered done.
  • Prices are per person. VAT is included. You can pay by card or cash.
  • A session takes 55 minutes, and starts at the beginning of each hour, excepts Yoga group lessons, witch helds 85 minutes
  • Packages of 5 and 10 sessions have the same validity of 2 months.
